The Barn

Littonfields Barn is situated in a private courtyard together with its own heated games barn for your sole use. It is equipped, with table football, a pool table, a selection of games for all ages.

The barn itself accommodates up to 12 adults plus 2 travel cots in a split-level layout, and is suited to both families and adult groups - no bunk beds!!!

Upstairs you will find a spacious, airy lounge, complete with log burner (logs included), large comfy sofas and fabulous views across the fields.

The kitchen dining room is also light and airy with its high beamed ceiling. There is ample dining space around a large oak table and a fully equipped kitchen for the serious cooks! For the rest we can arrange high quality catering, ready meals and welcome packs if required.

There are four bedrooms on the ground floor, (1 double, 1 twin and 2 with 3 single beds in each) all with under floor heating and en-suite shower rooms.

The fifth bedroom, a double, is upstairs with an adjacent family bathroom.

Included in the price are linen, towels, central heating, electricity & logs.

We have parking available for up to six cars and secure storage for mountain bikes etc.

Unfortunately we do not accept pets and no smoking is allowed in either of the barns.

Relaxation

Whilst we hope that all of our guests find their stay at Littonfields Barn to be a relaxing one, extra help is on hand. Bridget is a fully qualified and practicing Reflexologist, so why not book yourself a treatment during your stay!
